If you are experiencing any problems with your website please take the following steps to assist us in resolving your problem as soon as possible:

• Record the problem you see and when it happened; such as a problem with the graphical display, or an error message on the site
• Record what operating system and browser you are using
• Take a screen shot of the site - see instructions
• Contact us with the issue

Instructions for Taking a Screen shot

• Maximize the browser window that has the site with error open in it
• Press the Print Screen key
• Open a program such as MS Paint (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint) or MS Word
• Select 'Edit' in the top menu, click 'Paste'
• Select 'File' in the top menu, click 'Save As...'
• Click the drop down list for 'Save as type:' and select JPEG as the file type (or in word just save it as .doc)
• Type in 'website_error' in the text box for 'File name:'
• Click Save

Make sure you attach this file with your email regarding the issue/problem with your site.
